Tony & Nancy were wanting to purchase an investment property in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs that their daughter could live in. They were unfamiliar with the type of property that would be a suitable investment option, along with pricing the properties. The property needed to be in a specific area to accommodate their daughter. A brief was developed after understanding what the daughter’s requirements were and what Tony & Nancy’s requirements were. Knowing what the budget was and the property type was to be, we provided recommendations of areas that were also in keeping with the requirements of their daughter.
