Congratulations to our latest Albury purchaser, Pip.

Pip had been speaking to a number of potential buyer advocates for her next property investment purchase and decided to  engage in our Buyer Advocate services as we physically inspected all our properties which gave her the confidence that she was in the right hands. We had a tight budget of $500k to find something that was low maintenance and would get achieve a reasonable return as well. I managed to secure a property off market and just under our budget as well. The initial ask was $550,000 though due to the vendors circumstances they needed a quiet, discreet and quick sale so we managed to pick this property up for $50k less than what it was worth.
