10/10 So excited that I bought my dream property! Can’t wait to share my story. I started my search for an investment property in February. After attending a few house inspections and auctions, I was really anxious because I could feel the market was about to rebound, but I knew nothing about how to find a good investment property and what’s the reasonable value for that. I then put in my comments, and we later discussed them. It’s my weekly “homework”. We sometimes inspected together. She told me why she thought the property was good/bad and guided me how to evaluate it. After four weeks of collaboration with her, I feel I’m clearer on how to find a good investment and how to evaluate a property.
