10/10 So excited that I bought my dream property! Can’t wait to share my story. I started my search for an investment property in February. After attending a few house inspections and auctions, I was really anxious because I could feel the market was about to rebound, but I knew nothing about how to find a good investment property and what’s the reasonable value for that. Vendor’s agents always claimed their properties are good investments. Advertised prices were misleading. The property priced within my budget was sold 20% higher in the auction.
