Rajiv was looking for a suitable property in a sought after school zone to develop. Rajiv was having difficulties understanding price on properties. Properties were listed at one price and sold for something different. Rajiv engaged us for our Assess & Negotiate service. Rajiv was active in sourcing the property himself but was not confident in understanding were the price would need to be in order to secure the property. He had wasted time and money investigating properties that ultimately sold in excess of his available budget.
Having engaged our services, Rajiv had identified a number of properties for our Assessment. Our feedback was that these properties would sell in excess of the available. Ultimately saving Rajiv time and money, which would have been spent on properties that Rajiv was unlikely to secure within the available budget. 
Through our sales agent relationships, we were able to identify a vacant parcel of land that suited all requirements and potential budget. 
The property was scheduled for auction, however we were able to negotiate to successfully purchase the property prior to auction. Our offer was not the best offer on the table, however we still managed to secure the property with our superior negotiation skills.

Having identified a suitable option, we successfully negotiated to purchase the property prior to auction. Removing the majority of competition from the deal.
