I wanted to thank you and your business in writing for the excellent result you achieved for my wife and I in securing the ideal property for us last weekend.
In appointing you to find us the ideal rental property, I already had high expectations as I had been aware of the work you had performed for a number of our clients in the past. I must say that having worked with you on this project over the last four weeks, my high expectations were in fact exceeded.
In particular I was impressed with the range of appropriate properties you found for our review, your guidance in coming down to a short-list that met our criteria, and then the strategy that you designed and then implemented on auction day to secure the selected property was amazing. Please also thank Pauline for her fine cameo and behind the scenes work!
I also really appreciate your communication with us to keep us focused on the important criteria, letting us know what we had to do and when, keeping us informed of what you were hearing from the market and letting us know what was realistic and what was unrealistic.

- secure a property for us
- that has had a thorough building inspection
- in a location that we did not think that we could access
- at a price below our budget
- with a contract that has been checked to protects our interests
- that will create wealth for us into the future
- with almost no stress
- in less than four weeks.
I have to admit that even in my most optimistic of moments, I expected that it would take us many attempts to secure a suitable property. I am still pinching myself to realise that the project is complete already - and our property is in that location!
I hate to think about how many weekends we would have lost and how much money we would have wasted and what level of property we would have settled for without your help.
