Firstly I would like to thank Miriam for helping me find and purchase an excellent investment property in Melbourne. I am extremely happy with the property and the process it took to secure.

Miriam has been absolutely wonderful throughout the journey of finding me my first property in Melbourne.

With my situation of living interstate and working remotely I was apprehensive about how I would manage with not knowing Melbourne well and being very difficult to contact throughout the day. Once I had Miriam on board I was confident that I had the best buyers agent to suit my circumstances. Communication while difficult was excellent, as Miriam was willing and able to work around the challenges and keep me always in the loop and in informed.

With my budget and goals we were quickly able to formulate in a plan for the type, location and condition of the properties we would pursue.

With several properties meeting my criteria and further investigation Miriam believed one was worth pursuing. The property went to auction was attended by Miriam on my behalf. During the auction process it was decided not to go to my set limit as it had become less of a good buy. This reinforced my trust in Miriam knowing that she would let a property go if wasn't completely to my advantage and start from scratch again.

The next property to come up was absolutely ideal and Miriam acted very quickly and efficiently to quickly secure the property for me. The following process was very easy with excellent professional recommendations for conveyancing, insurance, inspections etc.

I am now a proud Melbourne property owner and have a strong belief that it will perform for many years to come and help me continue to build my wealth.

I can't recommend Miriam enough as a buyers agent and will use her services again in the future without hesitation.
