Recently I had the pleasure to work with Miriam & team to find a high grade investment property in Melbourne. This was a very complex scenario for both of us as I am based in the UK so not only finding an appropriate property was important but ensuring Miriam displayed the flexibility of working hours was also very important to me and her efficiency in communicating with me prior to me choosing her as my advocate. Her taking on all the responsibility of co-ordinating everyone in Australia was also imperative as we needed to move quickly in some instances. Miriam is very knowledgeable within the Melbourne district with excellent industry contacts that she was able to leverage at the appropriate times. Would I use Property Mavens again – yes is the easy & simple answer!
