Even as experienced property investors, having bought many properties in Hong Kong and a few in Melbourne, we found the process of inspecting numerous properties and having to try our luck at auctions pretty tiring and daunting as we live in Hong Kong.  When our daughter referred us to Miriam and highly recommended that we engage her, it was a no brainer!  And we've not looked back.
