To usher in the New Year, I thought we could take a quick look back at 2024.
While the media was filled with lots of negative stories about property, our team managed to snap up many investment grade assets, some of them already showing healthy returns.
We also helped scores of clients sell their properties in a tough market by selecting the right agents and helping them set up a winning marketing strategy. Here are Property Mavens Greatest Hits of 2024!
We had a limited budget of $500,000 to find a property with good capital growth and a rental return of 4.5% - 5%. We secured this low maintenance, set-and-forget property $35,000 under market value for just $480,000 utilising Anjay Zazulak’s relationships with the local agents

We found this one bedroom, one study beauty in the inner Melbourne suburb of Richmond. This was a classic “looming Christmas Holidays” purchase where otherwise good properties get abandoned by the market. After lengthy negotiations
we secured it for just $440,000.

Caitie was unfamiliar with Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and as a busy professional, needed some help.
