Vendor Advocacy - Ian's Journey

Ian, along with the extended family were needing to sell their late Mother’s home. Not familiar with any sales agents in the area and having a number of vested parties to the sale, they wisely decided to engage Property Mavens for our Vendor Advocate services. 
Once engaged, Property Mavens identified and then interviewed a number of agents that appeared to be well suited to market and sell this particular property.
After to interview process, it was apparent that there was one particular Sales Agent that had the ability to “work” the sales campaign effectively to generate interest in the property and hopefully then a great sales result.
A successful sales campaign generated a number of very interested parties who then fought it out at auction, resulting in the property being sold to the highest bidder, $140,000 above the anticipated sales price.
