Auction success: The selling process was complicated with tenants still residing in the property whilst it was being sold. This called for careful marketing and tenant management. Throughout the campaign, the tenants decided to give notice. Having selected the right Sales Agent to sell the property, they were quickly able to pivot the sales campaign from Private Sale to an Auction campaign. Having the right sales agent selling the property was crucial in obtaining the required result, with just one bidder bidding at the auction.
