The whole process of bringing a Vendor Advocate on my side during the sale of my home was amazing with Miriam at Property Mavens. Knowing what to ask Real Estate Agents, organising details to get the property ready, through to the final negotiations was so much less stressful. I would have definitely undercut myself in the challenging market we were trying to sell in. With Miriam by my side, she kept me on track and pushed for a much better result. Landing at the top of our new revised range on the day negotiating another $30k on top of where we thought our top price was. Throughout our campaign, Miriam was problem solving to help get reasonable contractors for work needed, advising on copy for advertising and just generally there whenever needed to get things organised. Me and my husband decided to go with Miriam and team for our second investment property in December 2022. We had a few hesitations of using a consultant but the reviews helped us decied to go further with Property Mavens. From initial meeting with Miriam and Team, she asked us perfect questions for us to decide on what we exactly want. She send us few suggestions and properties she herself went and checked them - even though they were in Ballarat. She also ensured the checks and inspections are done thoroughly since we were histant on an old existing property. We settled by Feb 2023 end. And there's a reason I am writing this review in Sept 2023.
