Congratulations to our latest Vendor Advocacy clients, Kam & Lina on the very successful sale of their property. Kam & Lina were looking to sell their property and had very specific requirements for a buyer of their house. They engaged Property Mavens to manage the sale of their property.
The property needed to be sold Off-Market. The new owner needed to be an investor as a leaseback arrangement was required. Given that the buyer needed to be very specific, it was imperative that the Sales Agent also needed to be very specific. The sales agent would be required to introduce buyers to the property without the ability to advertise the property for sale. Our process involved interviewing four sales agents and investigating their ability to introduce buyers to the property. We quickly identified an appropriate agent and engaged them to sell the property for our client.
The selection of sales agent proved to be the right choice, with the property selling within 3 weeks to an appropriate buyer, who met the required conditions and the property selling for $50,000 above the asking price.
Without the right agent engaged to sell the property, the property would not have sold in such a short time, with the right buyer, for a price in excess of what was being asked.

Vendor – To sell a home to an investor, with the ability to enter into a leaseback option, without advertising that the property was for sale.

Sold Within 3 weeks of the property becoming available for sale.
Sold for $50,000 above the quoted selling range.
