Investor – The property needed to be on one title with the potential to add value through strata titling and/or cosmetic renovation. He was after a unit block that offered high yield, and ideally could be purchased below market value.
We identified a property in East Albury that initially had an asking range of $1.25–$1.3M. We made an offer of $1M before it went to market. After the online campaign failed to generate a sale, we were able to negotiate a purchase price just over $1M, significantly under the asking range.
