As an experienced buyer’s agent, my unique mix of training and experience means I’m
exceptionally good at spotting and closing property deals. My background as a mortgage broker,
real estate agent and property wealth coach has taught me that, before buying any property,
you should formulate a strategy and understand your end goal.

Since my early 20s, I’ve loved property investing; in fact, my very first home purchase was
purely as an investment. Starting my property career as a mortgage broker means I have insight
into how lenders think.
Plus, my years spent as a licensed real estate agent gives me insights into how sellers think, sales agents operate, and how to negotiate well. This ensures I deliver a high level of expertise and service as a vendors advocate.
My qualifications include:
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking management.
- Certificate IV in NatHERS Assessment
- Certificate IV in Property Service (Real Estate)
Finally, working within a property advisory firm, my skills and knowledge of the property industry
became well-rounded, enabling me to become a property advocate and source and secure
great homes for property buyers. One common hurdle for many clients is their view of debt. As
an educator I love to help my more risk-averse clients understand that debt isn’t necessarily a
bad thing, and that leveraging debt is the key to wealth creation.
